The landscape intent was a lush coastal, low maintenance landscape that complements and enhances the visual appeal and function of the coastal residences. The subtropical palette maximised planting wherever possible, providing opportunities for plants to climb and cascade; creating green interest from every viewpoint.
Located in the Brisbane bayside this project encompassed a modern coastal landscape with a bespoke Mediterranean aesthetic. Crisp white on white walls complement natural textures of stone and timber. The backyard is centred around entertaining for a family to maximise their outdoor living.
'Storas Warehouses' on the Sunshine Coast was located adjacent to a natural reserve, providing ample visual amenity. The landscaping featured street trees, entry planting and shade trees to parking area.

Located in the smallest suburb in Brisbane, Gordon Park. A landscape development application for a 810m2 block subdivision. Creating two magnificent new builds with heritage street appeal. Retained street trees and planting in keeping with the shady suburb, provided a pristine landscape.
‘JASM’ industrial development on the Sunshine Coast was a warehouse and industrial property backing onto bushland reserve. With this backdrop, small plant stock was used to reduce cost. The landscape design was minimal to achieve council approval.
‘Springlands Place’ is a semi rural 10 lot subdivision in the beautiful Samford Valley. A successful project for both client and council.
This 4 townhouse development in charming Buderim was only a walk to the village. Coastal planting and a low maintenance design provided green screening to the boundaries and lush deep planting areas for street frontages.
'The Enclave' is a boutique development of 8 townhouses in a prime pocket in Camp Hill. The developer wanted to create a lush, evergreen landscape character that would comply with Council requirements and accentuate the built form.
The landscape intent was to create a multi-purpose outdoor room with a strong design aesthetic, creating zones for entertaining, dining as well as somewhere to kick your feet up. The ‘atrium’, being the entry to the house, needed to make the opening statement; with the intent of complementing the casual, contemporary feel of the interior.
An evergreen, lush and private inner city landscape design. The intent was to create a seamless relationship between indoor and out, with a focus on creating a private and functional backyard for a growing family.
'Hampden Residences' was 4 Boutique Townhomes in Ascot, Brisbane. The brief was to create a private and lush entry to each residence on a limited budget. This was achieved through creating two gatehouses, that are stone clad and framed by 4m high mature Frangipani trees.
A stunning project with lush, subtropical landscape that complemented the built form, created a green, private oasis for the client and imitated a resort-like feel.
